Matchbox manufacturing Process
As a leading safety matches manufacturers in india , Our Match Box manufactured in India at many different stages.

First, the matchsticks are cut into pieces, fixed, and moved to a place where they can be stored.

When they are needed, the matchsticks are put into holes in a long belt with multiple holes.

The belt moves them to the next steps, where they are washed, dried, and put into boxes.
Cutting the Matchsticks
1) A disembarking machine gently spins white pine or aspen logs while spinning blades take the vessel away.
(2) Logs that have been cleaned are cut into 1.6-bottom (0.5-cadence) lengths. Each length is placed in a brace while a thin piece of wood is cut off the log with a sharp, flat blade. This thin cover is called a veneer. The drilling blade moves in until there is only a small, indirect post left.
(3) This post can be burned or made into wood chips that can be used to make paper or boards. Peeler blades cut thin skin from logs that have been removed. With the chopper, the veneer is cut into sticks.
(4)Sticks are soaked in ammonium phosphate solution, then dried to get rid of slivers and make a solid. There are a lot of matches in a feed container. They are kept upside down in three tanks by a ventilated moving belt, 50 to 60 days of drying before being packed.
Treating the Matchsticks
(5) The cut-up matchsticks are put into a big tank of the solution, which is a mixture of ammonium phosphate and other chemicals.
(6) After the matchsticks have been left soaking for a while, they are taken out of the box and put in a big, spinning barrel that looks like a clothes teetotaler. The rolling inside the barrel dries the sticks, polishes them, and pulls out any small pieces or chemicals that have formed.
(7) The dried sticks are also put into a container and released to the storehouse vessel through an essence pipe. Some operations don’t store the sticks; they just shoot them directly into a suitable installation.
Matchhead formation
(8) The sticks pass from the storage room to a moving conveyor, where they are put into a steel belt with holes in it. The sticks are put into v-shaped feed containers that are lined up with holes in the belt.
(9)Matchsticks are put into the holes in the belt by using a plunger. Most belts have 50 to 100 holes. Unseated sticks fall to a catch area under the belt and are sent back to the feed buckets. The holes in the belt keep the matchsticks in the hot paraffin wax on their sides.
(10)Sticks are allowed to dry after emerging from wax. The matchsticks are then put over a tray of chemicals for match heads. The tray is lifted up for a short time to put the sticks in the solution. Many sticks are all covered at the same time.
(11)Once more sticks are placed, this step is done again. If the matches can be lit anywhere, the sticks move to another pan that has a solution of the chemicals in the tips, but not as deeply. There are two sides to strike-anywhere matches.
(12) After being covered, matches need to dry slowly 50–60 minutes, so that the matches can dry, otherwise they won’t light.
Match packing
(13) The cardboard  placed inside and outside of a matchbox is cut, printed, folded, and glued individually. If the package has safety matches, the chemicals on the striking strip are mixed with a glue and put on by themselves.
(14)When the matches are dried out, a wheel with many blades pulls them out of the holes in the belt. The matches fall into containers that make sure each box has the right amount.
(15)Matches are put into boxes by pouring them from containers onto a moving belt below the containers. You can fill ten boxes at the same time.
Quality Control
(16) The chemicals in each match head are weighed and measured exactly so that there are no differences that could affect how well they work. Operators check every aspect of the procedure by observing them.
(17)In addition to eye inspection and other quality checks, safety measures are taken while matchbox manufacturing in India.
